the organizational intent and data protection principles which shall be followed by Propria 
in its processing and protection of personal information.  Propria is fully committed to 
ensuring continued and effective implementation of this policy, and expects all Propria 
employees and any third parties to share this commitment.  By engaging with Propria in any 
way, including using the Propria website, participating in a webinar, or emailing a Propria 
email account, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.   


Collection of your Personal Information 

Propria does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide 
it to us.  It is not necessary to provide personal information to Propria.  However, you may 
voluntarily provide personal information to Propria when you engage with us in the 
following ways, including but not limited to: electing to purchase our products or use our 
services, contacting us through our website or by email, or registering for a webinar.  We 
will use your information for the purpose of communicating with you in relation to the 
services and/or products you have requested from us.  We may also use your email address 
to communicate with you about other Propria products, services, research, or events, or 
select third-party products which may be relevant to you; you may always opt out of 
receiving our emails by sending a message to info@propriabio.com, or by clicking on the 
unsubscribe link on any message. 


Sharing Information with Third Parties 
Propria does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.   


Right to Deletion 
Subject to certain exceptions set forth below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, 
we will delete your personal information from our records.  Please note that we may not be 
able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to: 

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected 
  • Fulfill the terms of a written agreement 
  • Detect security incidents or deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity, or prosecute 
    those responsible for that activity. 
  • Comply with legal obligations 

Children Under Thirteen 
Children under thirteen are not permitted to send personal information to Propria.  If we 
learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly take steps 
to delete that information. 


Changes to This Statement 
Propria reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time.  For example, when there 
are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the 
law.  You may receive a notice by requesting it at info@PropriaBio.com.  Your continued use 
of Propria’s website, webinars, products or services after such modification will constitute 
your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound 
by that Policy.
